Klarna & Clearpay

What currency are prices shown in?
Our store prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Review your order total before completing payment.
How do I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
If Apple Pay or Google Pay appears at checkout, select your preferred wallet and follow the on-screen instructions. Check your delivery details and order total before authorising the payment.
If your preferred wallet is not shown, choose another available payment method.
Can I use Klarna or Clearpay?
Not yet. Klarna and Clearpay are coming soon. We will update this page when they become available, together with the applicable terms.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Check the message displayed at checkout and confirm that your payment and billing details are correct. Follow any verification prompts from your payment provider.
Before trying again, check whether an order was created or a payment appears in your account. If the status is unclear, contact us so we can help check your order.
How do I check whether my order went through?
Check the checkout result and your inbox for an order email, including your spam or junk folder.
If you are unsure, email us with the name and email address used at checkout. Please avoid placing a duplicate order while the payment status is being checked.
Can I send payment details by email?
Please complete payments through checkout. Do not email your full card number, security code, account password or one-time verification codes.
For payment enquiries, your order number and a description of the issue will help us identify your purchase.
How do I apply my discount code?
Enter your code in the coupon field and apply it before completing payment. Check that the discount appears in your order total.
