Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Dispatch is when your order leaves us. It is separate from delivery and does not mean your parcel will arrive within 48 hours.

Our estimated delivery time is 10–15 days. Please plan ahead if your order is for Halloween, a party or another event, and allow extra time as delivery dates are estimates.
