These terms relate to Halloween Costumes Shop UK. References to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller operating this store.

You must use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when ordering. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract and be authorised to use your chosen payment method.

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Read the product description, sizing information and included items before ordering. Accessories shown for styling are included only where the description says so.

Screen settings may affect colour appearance. This does not affect your right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Category and editorial images may illustrate a theme rather than a specific product. Refer to the individual listing for the item you are purchasing.

Character names, trade marks and third-party intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders. A character reference alone does not establish an official relationship, sponsorship or endorsement of this store.

Any claim that a product is officially licensed must be expressly stated in its description and supported by the relevant authorisation.

Rights in website content remain with their respective owners. You may view the website for personal shopping and keep order records. Other reuse requires permission unless permitted by law.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The total payable, including applicable taxes and disclosed additional charges, is shown before you submit your order.

Prices and availability may change for future purchases. Later price changes do not alter the price of an accepted order.

Apply promotional codes before payment. Any offer conditions, exclusions or expiry dates will be stated with the promotion.

If we identify a pricing or availability error before acceptance, we will contact you. You may choose whether to proceed on corrected terms or receive a refund of any payment taken for the unaccepted order.

Check your basket, contact information and delivery address before ordering. Follow the checkout instructions and review any order communications we send.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, as available at checkout. Klarna and Clearpay are coming soon and are not currently available.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order because goods are unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or there are reasonable indications of fraud. Any payment taken for an order we do not accept will be refunded promptly.

These terms do not give us an unrestricted right to cancel an accepted order or remove your statutory remedies.

We offer free UK delivery with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Dispatch is separate from delivery.

Estimated delivery is 10–15 days. Please order ahead of your event. Estimates do not guarantee arrival on a particular date unless we expressly agree that date with you.

If delivery is delayed, contact us. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. Your legal rights if delivery is late remain unaffected.

Where we arrange delivery, goods remain our responsibility until you, or a person you identify to receive them, takes physical possession. Different rules may apply if you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.

For most online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time the contract is made until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. For a single order delivered separately, this normally runs from receipt of the last item.

Notify us clearly by email or post, then send the goods back within 14 days of notification. Prior approval is not required to exercise your statutory cancellation rights.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

In addition, our 30-day returns offer allows you to notify us within 30 days after delivery and send goods back within 14 days of that notification. Under this additional offer, items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with original packaging and supplied tags. Trying on for fit is acceptable; wearing an outfit to an event is not.

These additional conditions do not restrict your statutory rights.

You bear direct change-of-mind return postage only where this was disclosed before purchase. Otherwise, we cover those costs.

Change-of-mind exceptions may apply to clearly personalised goods or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the legal conditions are met. These exceptions do not automatically apply to every costume or accessory and do not remove rights regarding faulty goods.

For statutory cancellation of the whole order, we refund the relevant payment and the cost of our least expensive standard outward delivery option, subject to any lawful deduction. Premium delivery supplements need not be refunded.

Refunds are made without undue delay. Unless we offer collection, we may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever comes first, and refund within 14 days of that event.

Eligible refunds under our additional 30-day offer are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund processing fee.

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

You normally have a short-term right to reject non-conforming goods within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Afterwards, repair, replacement, a price reduction or final rejection may be available, depending on the circumstances.

We bear reasonable return costs where required by law. Change-of-mind exclusions do not remove your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

Follow the care instructions, age guidance and warnings supplied with each product. Use costume accessories and props only for their stated purpose.

Damage caused by misuse is not itself a product fault. This does not limit your rights where goods were faulty, unsafe or incorrectly described when supplied.

You must not use this website for fraud, unlawful activity, introducing malicious software, unauthorised access or interfering with other users.

Website access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, security or technical reasons. This does not remove our obligations relating to accepted orders.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where applicable.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you browse, order or contact us.

Acceptance of these terms does not by itself constitute consent to optional marketing or non-essential cookies.

Updates to these terms apply to future use and purchases. The version applicable when your contract was made continues to govern that order unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.
